About Me

As a physio, I’ve worked in many NHS roles before specialising in Neuro Rehabilitation and Community Therapy, now working privately in and around Oxford.

“My passion is to support people to remain as independent as possible and achieve their best quality of life, working towards goals that matter to them. It’s about giving people tools, knowledge and the confidence to manage their own conditions independently or with the support of family or carers.”

Prices

Initial Assessment Home Visit (At least 1 hour session + notes): £60

Follow-up Treatment Home Visit (45 minutes + notes): £50

Mileage rate: 0.55p

Additional Services*: £40 per hour pro rata
*This could include producing home exercise programs with printed, laminated exercise sheets/positioning guides/bullet point advice; referral to other services, liaising with GP or other healthcare professionals etc)

How it works

After the initial assessment I will advise you on a proposed treatment plan and we will agree what further sessions, you would like.

Your exercises for scoliosis have worked a treat. In the middle of a long, but fun, dinner party I suddenly realised my back was fine. No pain, no shifting around to try and get comfortable - the exercises had strengthened my spine supporting muscles and were really working. I am delighted.
